WINONA LAKE – Warsaw Kiwanis and Winona Lake Limitless Park Board invite you to the ribbon cutting of their new universally accessible kayak launch. These groups are making lake access easier for everyone with the installation of a new pier and EZ-Dock kayak launch.
Starting at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, June 30, visitors can join the two groups for lunch. At noon, the groups will provide a review and history of the project. Then, at 12:30 p.m., the ribbon will be cut and the first kayak will be launched.
